Jaili is a partner of Padis Mattar Advogados’ Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practices. Jaili has a very strong background and extensive track record in corporate, contractual and oil and gas judicial and arbitral disputes, advising relevant players in strategic and complex disputes, as well as in pre-litigious negotiations.
Jaili is actively involved in national and international arbitration, seated in several jurisdictions and institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings under the rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CAM-CCBC), the CIESP/FIESP Chamber for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, the Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM), among others.
