Guilherme is an associate of Padis Mattar Advogados. For the past 10 years, Guilherme has worked in the largest judicial reorganization proceedings, pre-packaged bankruptcies, and bankruptcy liquidations in Brazil, in addition to having extensive experience in corporate litigation.

Guilherme also specializes in the advisory and representation of national and international companies and financial institutions in complex cross border transactions, credit recovery and the structuring of collateral packages.
