Alexandre is a partner responsible for advisory, transactional and finance matters. He has a diverse practice advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, structured finance, publicly-held companies regulation and corporate law.

Prior to founding Padis Mattar Advogados, worked for over 12 years at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and was an international associate at Proskauer Rose, LLP, in New York.
