Batya is a lawyer with a practice focused on corporate and business advisory, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance of publicly-held companies, and general corporate law. She also has experience in distressed and special situations transactions. Prior to joining Padis Mattar, she was part of the team at Spinelli Advogados.
